What we do:
Jeevan Raksha is a voluntary organization of India working into the field of health care and health education for last 12 yrs. Our organization care bedridden and sick patient suffering from simple fracture to end-organ failure disease condition.
We have two units for patients care:
PATIENT’S HEALTH CARE AT HOME [PHC at HOME]
| It's a home-based patient's care unit working for the patient who are in bedridden condition at their home. After active medication, when patient is discharged in a bedridden condition then he/she needs full time care and attention by a medical technician [Nurse/Brother]. Care of a bedridden patient at home team work which includes nursing personnel, attendant, physiotherapist, pathology technician and a health care professional in association with family members to privide technically correct mode of handling to patient. Globally it is provide that, technically correct mode of handling maintance patient's hygiene and to a large extent prevents comlications like fall, bedsores, under hydration, etc. |
