What we do:
Jeevan Raksha is a voluntary organization of India working into the field of health care and health education for last 12 yrs. Our organization care bedridden and sick patient suffering from simple fracture to end-organ failure disease condition.

We have two units for patients care:

Jeevan Raksha Half-Way Home :
Jeevan Raksha is a Hospice & Palliative Care Center, that takes care of the bedridden, sick and terminally ill patient. It neither a hospital nor a home,but is in fact offering the specialization nursing care and rehabilitation of a patient with love and affection.

We try to provide the best of care through our well trained nursing staffs, which have undergone rigorous training in palliative care. They are well versed about the imported of nursing and the techniques involved in it,hygiene,commitment as well as the nature and behavior psychology in taking care of the patient.Our main concern is to give a respectable life in "Half-way HOME" with love and affection,resepct and hygiene.No medical treatment is given to the patient from our side; we only take care for his/her general examinations which includes taking blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, sugar, oxygen, saturation, general hygience,nursing care,feeding, nebulization,oxygen supply, suction, passive and active body exercises fot the mobility.

Medical treatment part is to be taken care of by the relatives and doctors of that patient under whom he/she is undergoing treatment.whatever medicines prescirbed and advised by the doctor is countinued i proper doses and timing which is strictly followed and maintained by our nursing staff.

The mission of the center is to provide best palliative care of bedridden and terminally ill patients whose active medication is over, and have to stay in hospitals for nursing care only. Their illness vary from being a simple fracture to major illness like cancer. Palliative care applies not only to incurable malignant disease but also to several other diseases, Such as end-stage organ failure and degenerative neuromuscular diseases.
